Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy

A Jasco J-1100 circular dichroism spectropolarimeter is available for use. The instrument covers a range of 180-600 nm and is equipped with a Peltier temperature-controlled cell holder allowing measurements of CD, LD and absorbance as a function of wavelength, temperature and time.
