ANALEST Facility

HPLC and LC-MS (UPLC/UHPLC)

ANALEST is equipped with two Waters ACQUITY H-Class UPLC systems (branded as PerkinElmer Altus).

System 1:

  • Dual column oven
  • Quaternary solvent manager
  • Autosampler
  • PDA detector
  • Single quadrupole MS detector

System 2:

  • Single column oven
  • Quaternary solvent manager
  • Autosampler
  • UV detector (dual wavelength)

Ion Chromatography

A Thermo Dionex Integrion HPIC system is available for use with the following features:

  • Autosampler
  • Hydroxide eluent generator, capable of generating the desired eluent concentration, as well as gradients
  • CR-ATC 600 trap column
  • ADRS 600 suppressor
  • Dionex AS18 4x250mm anion column

A Thermo Dionex Aquion HPIC system is also available.
